Perudo Bids

In Perudo, as the bidding rounds progress through the game, the player can proceed with a bid or challenge. It's important to know the names of the bids in Perudo so we've included a list right here. Please be aware that it is possible within some Perudo circles different Perudo bid names may be used. Since Perudo is played in many different countries names and rules may vary.

Aced: when a player has 3 aces. The famous Perudo player Dogspangle came up with this term during a championship match at the beginning of the 20th century.

Blues: When the players calls this bid it automatically changes the previous call to an ace call. This Perudo bid is often used in tournament games.

Dogspangle: the player's first maneuver is a double 6. This move was coined by a famous Perudo player named Dogspangle.

Advanced Dogspangle: the same as above except the starting bid is in fact a triple 6.

Jaydee: With this Perudo bid the player opens with a single 2. This offers a kind of deterrent factor to open a bid and it was often used by the famous Perudo player named Jaydee Jaipiveedy.

Teknarav: Switching from lows numbers immediately to high numbers game. Another Perudo bid named after the famous player named Beanise Teknarav.
